Runes
Magical runes that enhance weapons and armor with powerful effects.
Runes are magical inscriptions that can be applied to equipment through the Runic Forge, granting powerful enchantments and abilities that go beyond vanilla enchanting. Each rune fits a specific equipment slot and provides a unique effect.
The Runic Forge
Before you can apply runes, you need to craft a Runic Forge. The specialized workstation where runes are both created and applied to gear.

Available Runes

| Blindness Rune | Melee Weapon | Blindness III on hit (mobs spin) |
| Scalding Smelt Rune | Pickaxe / Axe | Auto-smelt mined ores; logs → coal |
| Telekinesis Rune | Tools + Weapons | Auto-pickup mined blocks and mob drops |
| Super Jump Rune | Leggings | Jump Boost III |
| Golden Grace Rune | Any Armor | 6 absorption hearts when health drops low |
| Light Rune | Boots | Moving light around the player |
Rune Slot System
Most equipment can accept 1 rune of their type but some have the ability to accept multiple.
- Dwarven Axe. 2 rune slots (melee weapon runes)
- Dwarven Pickaxe. 2 rune slots (tool/pickaxe runes)
Items like the Dark Axe and Fairy Pickaxe have no rune slots.
