Emilya, Queen of Nature

The Enchanted Flowers from Emilya are used to craft the Scythe, one of the best hybrid weapons in the game. You need 2 Enchanted Flowers per Scythe, so a single Emilya kill provides exactly enough.
Valrath, Scorched Tyrant

Valrath's Staff is a lava beam weapon and is also required to activate the Rhaegos Totem. This makes defeating Valrath a mandatory progression step.

Rhaegos is the final boss and drops the most prestigious rewards in Epic Fantasy. The Corruption Core is used in advanced crafting recipes.
